Agreement to Terms
All content (”Content”) on this website including but not limited to videos, images, logo, text, reports, design contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by handSteady, and is protected by copyright, patent, trademark laws and other intellectual property rights.
No part of this site can be copied, reproduced, posted, publicly displayed or distributed for any commercial enterprise, without handSteady’s express prior written consent.
Your Use of the Site
You may not use the Site or any Content for any purposes that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
The following terms apply to the purchase of goods or services on the Site, including contests, promotions and other similar features.
handSteady’s obligations, if any, with regard to its products and services are governed solely by the agreements pursuant to which they are provided, and nothing on this Site should be construed to alter such agreements.
handSteady may make changes to any products or services offered on the Site, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The materials on the Site with respect to products and services may be out of date, and handSteady makes no commitment to update the materials on the Site with respect to such products and services.
You can order on our secure order page at any time, 24 hours, 7 days a week. Our team work from Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm British time. You can also order by purchase order on a net-30 day payment term by emailing us. If you’re a reseller, a healthcare company or other appropriate organisation that isn’t able to pay by credit or debit card or PayPal. If you order by purchase order, you can also pay by bank transfer. We close for national holidays.
When you order on handSteady.com you'll instantly receive an automated receipt by email. Please check your Spam folder if you’re unable to locate your receipt.
When you order via email with a purchase order, we’ll manually confirm receipt of the order by email. We’ll then email you an invoice soon after.
Out of Stock Situation
In the unlikely event that we’ve taken a payment when we’re out of stock, we’ll email you to ask if you’d like to cancel your order or would be happy to wait until we have handSteady next in stock.
Your order will then be sent to our fulfilment team who will place your new handSteady in a card box to ensure it arrives safely at your chosen location. We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day (Monday-Friday) and on the same day if you order on our secure order page before 12-noon British time
We’ll ship your order using priority air mail. It may take up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive.
We charge all applicable sales taxes. We don't use tracked shipping for all orders on via handSteady.com. If tracking is available you will be sent tracking details to the email associated with your order. Ownership and the ‘risk’ of the goods pass to you the customer upon delivery of the goods.
If you're a consumer and order on our secure order page then you get a money back guarantee for 90 days from the time of your order. This means you’ll need to get the order back to us within 90 days from the time of ordering. 90 days is the time limit in which credit card and debit card companies set in order to process refunds. Beyond this time, it’s more difficult to process a refund.
To return your order simply send it to us with a note that includes your name, your email address that you used to order the cups and that you would like a refund. You can write this note on your own paper, or click here to download a form you can print out and complete by typing in or writing on if that is easier for you. Please return within 90 days of your order date so that we can ensure you can get your refund to you swiftly and with ease.

We process orders as soon as possible after receiving the cups, and normally within 1-2 days. We will notify you by email once we’ve processed the refund. However if you’re concerned about whether we have received the returned cups, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will give you a full refund for your order, including shipping costs from us to you, but we won’t refund your shipping costs for returning the order. Indeed, you will be responsible for the cost of packaging and posting for returning the goods.
If you're an organisation and buying handSteady in bulk, then this returns policy doesn't apply.
If you have placed an order, it is yet to be despatched and you wish to cancel or change your order, then please email email@example.com immediately detailing if you’d like the order to be cancelled or how you’d like it to be modified.
If your order has already been despatched then you can either refuse delivery, upon which we’ll issue a full refund, or if you receive the orders then please refer to the returns policy below, but please note that if you’re returning goods and you’ve accepted receipt of them, you will be responsible for the cost of packaging and posting for returning the goods. If your package is returned to us as undeliverable you will be issued a full refund.
Warranty You have a 12 month instant replacement warranty. Whilst our main product, namely handSteady cups, are extremely strong and robust but in the unlikely event of a product fault, you can simply email a photo of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll instantly send a replacement right out to you, free of charge.
Alternatively, you can send your cup to handSteady Ltd, The Fulfilment Centre, Kenilworth, CV8 2FD, UK with a note saying you'd like a refund and some proof of purchase with the date such as your email address used to order the product.
We aim to be really helpful and our main way of keeping in touch is by email. We welcome feedback, comments and questions.
We are not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
